These SMS/RCS Messaging Terms of Service ("Messaging Terms") govern text messages sent by Go Maggie Insurance Services, LLC, doing business as GoMaggie Insurance ("GoMaggie Insurance," "we," "us," or "our") through the GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates messaging program.

By opting in to receive SMS or RCS text messages from GoMaggie Insurance, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

1. GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates

The GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates program provides SMS and RCS text messages to consumers who request an auto or home insurance quote from GoMaggie Insurance and separately opt in to receive text messages.

Messages may include:

• Confirmation that we received your auto or home insurance quote request;
• Updates regarding your requested insurance quote;
• Follow-up messages from GoMaggie Insurance regarding your quote;
• Scheduling or callback coordination with a GoMaggie Insurance agent;
• Notifications that requested insurance quote options are available;
• Links that allow you to review your requested quote options; and
• Customer-service responses and other information related to the insurance quote you requested.

The GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates program is intended for communications related to an insurance quote requested by the consumer and related customer support.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

The number and frequency of messages you receive may depend on your interactions with GoMaggie Insurance, the status of your insurance quote request, and whether you reply to our messages.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by GoMaggie Insurance and messages that you send to us. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your text messaging or data plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You may cancel and opt out of the GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates program at any time.

Reply STOP to cancel.

After you send STOP, GoMaggie Insurance will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages from the GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates program unless you later opt in again.

If you wish to receive messages again after opting out, you may enroll again through the same opt-in process you originally used or reply START where supported.

6. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS or RCS text messages from GoMaggie Insurance is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or obtaining an insurance quote.

You may request an insurance quote without opting in to the GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates messaging program.

7. Supported Carriers and Message Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider and is outside of GoMaggie Insurance's control. Availability of SMS or RCS functionality may vary by device, carrier, and location.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected and used in connection with the GoMaggie Insurance Quote Updates program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing of text messaging opt-in data and consent is limited to aggregators and service providers necessary to provide and operate the text messaging program.

GoMaggie Insurance may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Go Maggie, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website.

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

At Go Maggie's sole discretion, it may require You to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Ohio law.

The Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and applicable Terms of Sale constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Go Maggie Insurance Services, LLC and Ready Lend LLC dba GoMaggie Mortgage with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.
