Consent to electronic signatures and records
Our quote forms say that clicking the button electronically signs your request. This page says what that means, what you are agreeing to, and how to change your mind.
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
What you are agreeing to
When you submit a quote request, you agree that your click is your signature, and that we may give you the disclosures and records connected with that request electronically — on this website, by email, or by text message — instead of on paper. That covers the wording shown above the button, our privacy notice, our terms, and anything a carrier or lender needs to send you about the request you made.
What you need to read it
A current web browser, an email address you can receive mail at, and the ability to open a web page or a PDF. Keep your email address and phone number up to date with us, because that is where these records go.
Getting a paper copy instead
You can ask for a paper copy of anything we send you electronically, and for a copy of a request you submitted, at no charge. Email hello@gomaggie.com or call 855-466-2444.
Withdrawing this consent
You can withdraw it at any time, at the same address, with no penalty. Withdrawing it does not undo a request you already submitted or a signature you already gave; it means we stop sending you records electronically from that point. Because the quote forms work only electronically, withdrawing means finishing your request by phone instead.
This is not consent to be called
Agreeing to sign and be contacted electronically is a different thing from agreeing to receive marketing calls and texts. Each quote form asks for that separately, in its own tick box, it is never required to get a quote, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us at the address above.
